TerritoryOS is a local service directory platform that connects consumers seeking home and business services (“Users”) with local service professionals (“Service Providers” or “Tenants”). We provide:
TerritoryOS is a directory and lead-routing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between Users and Service Providers, and we do not perform, guarantee, or warrant any services offered by Service Providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Service Providers must be legally authorized to perform the services they offer in their jurisdiction.
You agree not to:
Each territory (a specific niche + city combination) is available to one Service Provider at a time. Holding a territory grants you exclusive listing placement for that niche in that city on our platform for the duration of your active subscription.
Territory subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing schedule selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Service Providers agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a territory subscription without refund if a Service Provider violates these Terms, receives verified complaints of misconduct, fails to maintain required licenses, or engages in fraudulent activity. Subscriptions may also be canceled for non-payment after a grace period.
Our platform includes an AI chat assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. You acknowledge that:
All content on TerritoryOS — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TerritoryOS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By submitting content (contact forms, chat messages, reviews) to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve our services.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any Service Provider listed on our platform. Any decision to hire a Service Provider is made at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TERRITORYOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TerritoryOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent arbitration does not apply, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying active Service Providers by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
